Meet our team
Nick Constantino Owner/Operator
Nick started his company full-time back in March 2005. When he was in his 20s, he worked at various Landscape Companies on Long Island NY. In 1982, he began a career in the Office Automation field where he worked until 2004. He gained much knowledge in management, marketing, sales, and running a Fortune 500 company. He moved to Connecticut and opened start-up branches in Connecticut and Westchester. Not thrilled with the corporate world, he took early retirement and went back to his passion for landscaping and running his own company.
Paul Constantino
Paul began working with his dad in 2009. Since that time, he has gotten to learn the business and is an essential part of the success of NCLS. He primarily oversees our maintenance division, doing all the scheduling, production, and quality control for mowing, spring and fall cleanups, and snow removal. He also is a mentor and trainer to new employees.
Mario Bautista
Mario started working for NCLS back in 2016. He quickly became a leader and brings his skills of 25-plus years. He is in charge of our landscape division which includes pruning, mulch, stonework, lawn restorations, planting, and various other services. He is a dedicated worker and a mentor/trainer to new employees as well. Mario is also our resident mechanic! He isn’t afraid to work on anything.
